Modelled after a living plant, this commercial building was the brainchild of well-known conceptual architect Mr. Toyo Ito. The highlight of this Green Marked building is its 15-storey high striking red and white ‘flower’ at the peak of this 40-storey high structure. Visible throughout CBD, this structure is designed to channel fresh air throughout the building by redirecting naturally occurring winds. Struts succeeded in cladding this irregularly shaped wind funnel with a bottom-up shingles panel system, joining together nearly 10,000 panels.
